DILG-10 PERSONNEL ORIENTED ON CHANGE MANAGEMENT |

A series of two-day orientation on Change Management Program and Knowledge Management is currently being conducted in five provinces of Region 10. It is an orientation on concept and processes of change designed for all LGOOs IV to VI of the DILG-10. Said activity jumpstarted last January 19-20, 2012 held at Cagayan de Oro City. It was participated in by 30 Municipal Local Government Operations Officers (MLGOOs) from Misamis Oriental and 23 LGOOs and Management from the Regional Office. |

DILG Region 10 and the Disaster Risk Reduction and Management Network (DRRM Net) team gave an orientation-workshop on the Community-Based Disaster Risk Management (CBDRM) and Early Warning Systems (EWS) for the municipalities of Lala and Kapatagan of Lanao del Norte province, two of Region 10’s pilot local government units under the Mainstreaming Disaster Risk Reduction Management/ Climate Change Adaptation program. |

MisOr towns oriented on Disaster-Risk Reduction |

Fourteen (14) towns of Misamis Oriental province undergo orientation on Disaster Risk Reduction and Climate Change Adaptation for LGUs last December 1-2, 2011. These were the local government units of Balingoan, Binuangan, Kinoguitan, Lagonglong, Libertad, Magsaysay, Manticao, Medina, Naawan, Opol, Salay, Sugbongcogon, Tagoloan, and Villanueva. Also the LGUs of Impasugong, Pangantucan and Malaybalay City joined in the said orientation. |
